Dodging the showers ...

Yesterday we went on the train to Florence.  Although it was a poor forecast, and wet underfoot, we had no rain all day - and the trains all ran to time!  Perfetto!  A bit of sightseeing and shopping filled our day nicely.

Today, Barbara and Betty went in to Barga, then later we visited the next door farm for cheese and a chin-wag, and had a short walk on the path to the village of Tiglio.
